Shipping Policy

At Musk Eyewear, we know you’re excited to receive your order. We work hard to dispatch every order quickly and ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Order Dispatch

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are dispatched on the following Monday

Shipping Charges

Within India

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Shipping starts at ₹89 and may vary depending on your delivery location

International Orders

• Flat ₹2000 shipping charge applied at checkout

Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking link will be emailed to you.

On the Day of Delivery

• A signature may be required at the time of delivery
• You may receive options such as delivery rescheduling or OTP verification through the tracking link
• If you are unavailable, our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the parcel to us

ORDERED WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS.

Delivery Delays

We strive to meet all delivery timelines. However, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances such as:

• High-volume sale periods or festive seasons
• System upgrades or technical issues
• Unforeseen situations such as extreme weather or pandemic-related disruptions

Our team always works to minimize delays and keep your order moving as quickly as possible.

Musk Eyewear is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen due to special delivery instructions given to the courier partner.

International Shipping

Yes, Musk Eyewear ships internationally.

Shipping Fee: Flat ₹2000
Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 working days
Tracking: Sent via email once the order is shipped

Please note that customs clearance or local courier regulations may occasionally cause additional delays.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are currently not applicable on international orders.
