Returns & Refund Policy
At Musk Eyewear, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
We carefully review every return and process refunds as quickly as possible once the product reaches us and passes our quality inspection.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery, provided the product is unused and returned in its original condition.
Return / Exchange Window
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of the order being delivered.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Returns & Refunds (India Orders)
COD Orders
A credit note will be issued after deducting ₹200 once the returned product reaches us and passes the quality check.
Refund Timelines
• Gift Coupon: Within 3 days after the product reaches us and clears inspection
• Bank Transfer (NEFT): Within 3–7 working days
Refund Convenience Fee (Prepaid Orders)
To cover handling and processing:
• 1–2 products: ₹200 deduction
• 3+ products: ₹300 deduction
Product Condition
To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be:
• Unused and unworn
• Returned in original packaging
• With all tags, accessories, and labels intact
• Free from damage
Products returned in used, worn, or damaged condition will not be eligible for refund. The item may be shipped back to you and redelivery shipping charges may apply.
Customer Responsibility
• Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us, so please pack them securely.
• Always record an unboxing video when handing over the parcel to the courier.
• Musk Eyewear is not responsible for items returned by mistake. If found, redelivery charges will apply.
Partial Cash on Delivery Policy
For Partial COD orders, any advance amount paid is refundable only if the order has not been dispatched.
Once the order is dispatched, the prepaid amount becomes non-refundable, whether the delivery is accepted or refused.
By placing a Partial COD order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you need clarification, please contact our support team before placing your order.
Exchanges
• A flat ₹200 exchange fee applies.
• Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, your replacement product will be dispatched.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged:
• Do not accept the parcel if the outer packaging appears opened or tampered with. Ask the courier partner to return it.
• If the parcel has already been accepted, please provide an unboxing video as proof.
• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Once verified, we will arrange an exchange or refund within 14 days.
International Orders
For international orders, we currently do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you need assistance, feel free to contact our support team before placing an international order.
Sale & Promotional Orders
Products purchased during sales, promotional offers, or discount campaigns are considered final sale.

How the Offer Works
• Buy any two sunglasses from Musk Eyewear
• The lower-priced product automatically receives 50% off
Returning the Discounted Product
If you return the product purchased at 50% off:
• Refund will be issued for the discounted amount paid
• A ₹200 return shipping deduction will apply
Example:
Product price: ₹1099
Discounted price: ₹549.50
Refund = ₹549.50 – ₹200 = ₹349.50
Returning the Full-Price Product
If you return the full-price item but keep the discounted one:
• The product you keep will revert to its original full price
• ₹200 return shipping deduction applies
• Refund will be calculated accordingly
Example:
Product A: ₹1499
Product B: ₹1099 → 50% off = ₹549.50
Total paid: ₹2048.50
If Product A is returned:
Product B returns to full price = ₹1099
Return shipping = ₹200
Total charge = ₹1299
Refund = ₹2048.50 – ₹1299 = ₹749.50
Returning Both Products
If both sunglasses are returned, the total amount paid will be refunded, minus ₹200 return shipping.
Important
• Refunds are processed after quality inspection
• Products must be returned with original packaging, tags, case, and accessories
• Returns are not accepted on final sale or heavily discounted promotional products
